Refund & Exchange Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with any product(s) purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 2 days for an exchange or refund.

 Prepaid return labels are at the sole discretion of Childish Glow. 

Packaging & Seals: All Childish Glow products come sealed to prevent leakage or breakage via our containers. Please note that products may shift and shake while being transported via our carrier and is not a cause for alarm as the products are still usable. 

Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be issued depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on your account.
