Refund & Exchange Policy:

All sales are exchange/refund only if products are unopened within 7 business days after purchase.

 Prepaid return labels are at the sole discretion of Childish Glow. 

Packaging & Seals: All Childish Glow products come sealed to prevent leakage or breakage via our containers. Please note that products may shift and shake while being transported via our carrier and is not a cause for alarm as the products are still usable.

Please allow up to 5 business days for a shopping credit/refund to be processed after a request has been submitted.
